To rush through the examples of work would be a slight on the arduous journey I've undertaken and make light of the fact I now have a bad back and squinty eyes as a result. The
history of Ant Creations begins
in the year 2000.
The history of it’s creator Nathan
Shelton however dates back to the mid to late 70's.
Brought into the world with the fortunate national status of being
Welsh. Raised in the Valleys where the choices available for leisure
activities gave the perfect reasons to stay in with a pencil.
Fuelled by a desire to draw pictures, and foolishly encouraged
to do so by friends and family. Obligation dictated an academic
path, leading to various qualifications in using artist materials.
An academic path that at times was monotonous, at others was merely
dull. It was at this time that a skill in cartoons and caricatures
developed, thereby giving a small glimpse of how time would be
wasted in the future.
Following
the gruelling four years spent in college with nothing to eat
but beans and cider, a year away was required to forget all things
previously learned, and to recover from a life spent in educational
establishments.
The time was spent in the harsh and barren landscapes of Australia
and New Zealand. Countries where public houses can sometimes be
thousands of miles apart. These 'pub free' places were carefully
avoided.
When all previous knowledge of the world was successfully erased,
Prince Charles stepped forward with a helping hand (and loan),
in the guise of The Princes Youth Business trust. This help was
very gratefully received, and used to introduce Ant
Creations to the world.

Creations
is now run from Market Harborough in the heart of Leicestershire,
Middle England. From this vantage point Ant
Creations is able to reach every corner of a spherical
globe with its creativity and style. A style that has been honed
and developed over a lifetime of scrawling on paper and staring
at monitors. Should the sacrifices made developing this style
suit you or your requirements, then Nathan
